You will be part of a team with other professionals where you co-plan, collaborate, and assess the teaching. With us, you are a driving force in the development of the organization, which ultimately provides students with better opportunities. You base your work on scientific and proven experience and are well acquainted with the governing documents. Experience working in a multicultural environment is also an advantage.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills and prefer teamwork over working alone. You have a positive and solution-focused approach and the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement and are clear in your communication. You work based on students' different needs and have good knowledge of various disabilities. You see students' opportunities rather than obstacles, are flexible, and can think outside the box to find solutions. You view the school as an important compensatory part of students' lives.

The role also requires that you have a well-developed analytical ability and can effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and suggest possible solutions. You can oversee your own area of responsibility and place the significance of your own operations in a larger context. You have a structured working method and inspire both students and colleagues in their learning and development.
